Bill’s Reading Restaurant

We celebrated my birthday here and were not disappointed. The team were very welcoming and the surroundings inside were fantastic, always something to look at with the decor. Accommodated our daughter who is two. The sharing plate and margaritas were amazing!

Great decor inside the restaurant and relaxed atmosphere. It's a great location in the centre of Reading. Although not the widest choice of vegan options on the menu, I loved the vegan choices that I had. I'd certainly go again

The decor is definitely better than the food but the staff are a delight. It’s clean friendly and very pleasant with an exceptional atmosphere. As my gran would say “if your happy and don’t have any reason to moan then don’t try to make an excuse to moan because it means your happy”

I like this place primarily for Brunch. Being gluten intolerant personally, they offer a wide range of gluten free options that are just as high quality as the non gluten free versions. Especially the gluten free sourdough bread that comes with brunch is very good and I wish I could buy it in the supermarket. Place has nice vibes since they've redone it last year too.

We waited ages after sitting down to even order drinks. Which took ages again to be delivered. And again the food. There was just so much waiting. The manager was extremely rude and it was very apparent it wasn't just towards us. He was aggressive and rude and the place was simply chaotic. Luckily the food was good and our waiter who had only been there for 3 days was brilliant. Manager needs to check his manners
