Just got back from a day/night spent here for a hen do. There was 8 of us and our treatments and meals could not have been organised better. Our only moan would be about the jacuzzi not being separate from the pool and cold. The staff were very efficient attentive and quick. The meals were so very tasty. I would highly recommend this place to any body. The treatments we all said were amazing too. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable.. 🤗

Booked for wedding anniversary and my birthday and was given a complimentary upgrade on arrival. Stunning views over the golf course from our room. Leisure facilities were excellent and very clean and tidy. We used the pool, sauna and steam room and you book a time slot due to the covid pandemic. Cellar bar was welcoming and food was excellent. Lovely views over the golf course for breakfast from the restaurant. For the size of the establishment and being on a main road it was very quiet and relaxing almost as if you were in the countryside away from everything.

I am writing this review on behalf of my friend. My friend travelled miles and miles for a "relaxing, stress free" spa day as a double celebration for her sister's graduation and her own birthday. Upon arrival, it became apparent that the sauna was out of use for a period of time and the pool heater was broken. This was not communicated prior to and upon arrival out of courtesy. My friend stepped into the pool and was utterly shocked by the temperature of the pool. She was also the one who had to alert management. We can all accept that there are inconveniences in life, but why wasn't this dealt with appropriately when they were aware of the fault. If my friend was aware, she would have asked for a full refund prior to attending the spa and making the journey, since she did not get what she paid for. It was a bad experience for her, and not what she paid for as stated above. After contacting the spa, they suggested that she could return to use the facilities again, however after the negative experience she wishes not to return to the spa and fork out on petrol to have to visit there. A partial refund would at least be expected, if not a full refund, especially when the service was so poor. They should do better.

We went for a an awards night. It seems that all the staff were new and it was like there first night. Not their fault but they didn't seem to know what to do. That being said we had a lovely night. The room was very clean and bed comfy. Staff on reception 24/7 so that was good to know. All in all 9/10.

Comfortable bed, lighting not great in room. Powerful shower although curtain and not screen meant water does get out onto floor/bin. NYE event was great, well hosted and service was excellent. Reception helpful and professional.

Would give 0 starts if I could. Do not stay here! My first room had no working toilet, they moved me to a second room which had no working lights, and my current room has no windows! Shower goes hot-cold-hot every 2 seconds. Rooms are dingey and cramped. Decor & furniture is very dated. There was only one working socket in my room. On site eateries have poor quality food. Staff were very good though, pleasant and helpful. Moving to another hotel for the rest of my stay.

Not the best Best Western. Sadly I was in a lodge room outside the main accommodation. There was no bar snack menu the evening I arrived, only a dinner menu. Thankfully breakfast was good. I'd have preferred to stay in my regular hotel.
