We received great service from Berry Heathrow when we purchased a Mini Countryman. We had weekly updates from the staff on how our car was moving through the production line. The entire process was smooth and painless. We're also very delighted with the car!

Review

(Good customer service. On the phone you could wait and wait for someone to pick up unless you calling sales, they will answer straight away. So i wanted to get to service no one would answer. I called 5 times. So i tried service. Straight away i called and asked him to put me through. He said nicely he would.(Arab or Eastern European) he put the phone down on me. He was in the mini sales. Berry can do better. They do try to be good but seems like sometimes they don't care.

BMW Berry Heathrow lost me as a customer when my car went in for a service and they ripped my dash cam off the windscreen. It was a BMW Advanced Car Eye installed by them some years ago. It has a side button to press down and power off. Car returned to me with cam hanging off one wire and other two left disconnected. No apologies whatsoever. Considered giving them a second chance on the condition they do not touch the dash cam. Informed by service manager it is their “company policy” to disconnect dash cams. Requested a copy of the policy and e-mail received stating to accept the e-mail as confirmation of the policy. Surely if you have a policy on disconnecting dash cams then there must be instruction within the policy on how to reconnect cameras - or deal with different brands. Asked service manager if it would be to okay for me to demonstrate the on/off button on cam. Informed that this would not be possible and the camera would be disconnected. Safe to say they have lost a long-term customer.

After initially trying to fob me of having brought my vehicle in on a recall, luckily I made the booking with their head office so I know exactly what they could and couldn't do, told me I needed to come back the following day despite booking for 3pm that day. When I told him I'd made the booking with head office he rapidly changed his tune and had the vehicle seen to almost immediately. Chancers
