Chris and his wife were lovely and the services rendered were as needed. However, I've been waiting half a year to be sent an invoice with no responses back from Berkeley Bate. I've followed up a few times with the Janet who said Chris would get back in touch with me - but this never happened. Instead, I just received the invoice which is due in 2 days.
