Extremely disappointed with their administrative staff. I studied at the college for several months and the teachers were great for the most part (the actual subject teachers were), but there was very little actual student support when it came to helping us apply to universities, which is supposed to be the entire point of this college. My foundation which was social science-targeted was handled by a business teacher, who in case it wasn't obvious, sees personal statements in a VERY different light from the social sciences. I had to write my own teacher's reference and even my classmates'. So should I, the student, be getting paid or the teacher? Additionally I had stopped due to health reasons and was assured that I would be welcome to return once I got better. Lo and behold, I waited FIVE MONTHS for a response from the admin staff, was rejected due to "complex health reasons" and told that I would be "unlikely to succeed" as a result, without ever requesting for a letter from a doctor who was actually UPDATED on my health. I lodged a formal complaint and never received a single apology, instead blaming everything on application procedure. I can't think of anything more discriminatory and reasoned in such poor taste. At least make better excuses in the future; you can bet I'm never returning and would rather look for success elsewhere.

DO NOT live in the residence, or u may experience no hot water during winter for days and no wifi. T

DO NOT live in the residence, or u may experience no hot water during winter for days and no wifi. The staffs are quite unprofessional. I once asked for a room change. They first promised that there is one room available on third floor and I could move on Monday, however when I finished spending a whole day packing up and ready to move, they told me they made a mistake and there was no room available at all??? I did not hear a single word of apologies. It is also very funny how residents need to pay for the room during holidays while prepaid meal are covered.
