I sat in the waiting area and watched a lady receptionist have a facetime conversation she had people waiting and didn't even notice. I said excuse me to my child who I was talking to she thought I was talking to her and quickly dropped her phone in her bag.

Lovely building. Excellent parking. Receptionist very rude. Dont sit at reception booth and then when I approach say in a rude (snotty) attitude "Erm I'm busy!" Wow. Rude.

No appointment,rude receptionist, they think that they own this place, Dr.fatima is very kind and sincere

Avoid this surgery their appointment seystem is terrible they tell you to call 8am or 1 pm for an appointment but their telephone line is always busy i dont know who gets through it . What is the point of having a GP if you can't get an appointment with them specially when you have small children i am going to change my surgery.

This is probably the worst admin service I've received. I called in for my other half as she has a very high fever which needs medical attention. We were told (by 111) to contact the hub which wasn't live until 6.30pm. After calling Brandon street, the admin rudely answered the phone and raised her voice when she simply could've said the hub opens at 6.30. Not to mention she didn't say bye. I'd rather the doctors at this surgery not get bad feedback, as it's the admin team which is letting the service down. Further training is definitely required before putting them directly on the phones. Hopefully I get the chance to escalate this issue past the surgery.

Had three jabs here. Professional and curtious service every time.

I’ve been calling for the past two days trying to find an appointment for my mother as she has diabetes, high cholesterol and other medical issues, I’ve called from 8am and I’ve called from 1PM on multiple occasions over 100 times yet they are always fully booked. This is a lie their lines are busy on purpose. My mothers condition is an emergency and I’ve stated this multiple times yet the office staff have disregarded this and have been nothing but rude. I’m so disappointed and disgusted at this appalling service.

VERY BAD - called for 30 mins 200 times and the phone was busy! Very bad They keep phone busy on purpose!!! If there isn't enough doctors then don't have the clients!!! Or take appointments in advance!!! We don't want to see the receptionist faces we need an appointment because something is wrong is with us! SO BAD! If I I a choice I would give less then 0 but had to give 1

Very rude attitude and body language receptionist name Hina. If people visiting gp its means they suffering with some problems and if you not able to help no need to show bad attitude. Also some doctors not listen your problems properly.
