Bath Spa University bath

By far the best university experience from a parents perspective. My son has just started here on the Creative Computing degree course. We looked round a lot of universities including Oxford Brookes and Bath Spa had the best open day and admissions system. On visiting on these days and also to support Son with registering and moving into halls everyone was amazing, supportive and actually looked happy and content. The guys in the security team are also lovely especially dealing with students constantly losing their new room cards and guiding the lost ones through a really exciting freshers week organised by the uni and students union. My son is in some of the older, cheaper halls on campus but these are really nice and very modern. The university has obviously spent a lot of money investing in the halls and other students areas. The campus is also beautiful and set in open parkland. Two weeks in my son is happy and having a lot of fun and lives with great students who have quickly become his friends. Thank you Bath Spa.

Supposed to be starting a distance learning masters course on Monday with this university. I am yet to receive any information regarding enrolment or set books for my course. When attempting to contact the admissions or student help desk teams I just get automated messages and they do not answer the phones at all. Seriously reconsidering my options now.

What a treat to study here. Grounds of an old Manor deep in the country with buses every 15mins to nearby Bath a few mins away. Impressed with the psychology department and where its headed. Will be more than happy if my son studies here.

Canceled a course I was enrolled in. Said the course would be running next year (2022) but still not hearing from them. That's a shame. Aren't responding to my emails. A waste of time! I could have applied elsewhere. Total disappointment.

I have amazing problems with Bath spa University. If someone can recommend a good lawyer or agency please tell me. Need to go to court trial because they ignorance and incompetence.
