The worse IELTS experience of my Life. They started the test at random time...It was difficult to understand how many minutes we had left...The volume during the listening part was very low. Then, there was a clock in the exam room but they said to not look at It, because It was not exact and then they looked at an hidden clock without tell us how many minutes we had left each time, unless we asked. I took for the first time the Ielts test, at an other organization, on september 2020 and l achievied a 7 out of 9. Two weeks ago, l took again the Ielts with them after months or additional studying and this time the score has been even lower 6.5....this make no sense... the way the test has been organized put the test taker in a disadvantaged situation. In addition, l truely believe that my speaking score does not rapresent my Real preparation. Indeed, l feel the fact that the interviewer was wearing a black mask and speaking lower, badly affected the flow of the conversation. Although It is true, we have to follow the cov19 restrictions, It is also true that there are also transparent masks or other face covering available, which would not affect the possibility to well understand the interviewer. Thank you

I've stayed here for one week thanks to my company. It was very useful. Maybe the old and noisy building is not perfect for studying but the teacher really was kind and perfect for me to improve my English.

I sat the IELTS test in this place. The building condition is very poor. It doesn't worth £155 to sit an exam in a noisy area.
