Barclays Bank bath

I was in my bank today and was a girl serve me could Carolina... I really appreciated her good skills, experience how to deal with costomer.. Thanks again....

Very rude stuff !! They need to learn how to treat costumers

The service and clerk there is nasty and non-professional，one of the customer service old cougar even took off her shoes scraching her feet on the ground，that was lame and gross

I CALLED MAKE APPOINTMENT RUDELY BY STAFF AND AFTER WAITING 20 MINUTES They asked me a lot of questions. Then I heard that do not give me appointment you have to go to your branch.I have a mortgage with them and I wanted to talk about remorgate But now I definitely change the Bank.

ABSOLUTE YELLOW WARM LIQUID TAKE :( SOUNDS LIKE MISS GOT SPOKEN TO RUDELY BY STAFF AND AFTER WAITING 20 MINUTES THEY GAVE ME THE EXACT SAME COINS I JUST GAVE THEM

On November 13th I visited this branch just before 10am as I needed paper bank statements for a visa purpose. One of the staff with dark brown/black coloured hair (I should've asked her name!) greeted me with a smile, understood my needs straight away after I explained my situation and showed me how to use a machine in detail :)

Last Thursday I met with Simona, ( she replaced Mr Whiteside who was delayed with another customer.) I could not have been more impressed with her interest, her tenacity and competence. She went far beyond what I would have expected to help me and was a pleasure to work with. What an asset to Barclays! Enjoy your holiday Simona.

Beneath their shiny high street exterior Barclays investments cause, asthma, flooding, hurricanes drought, wildfires, coastal erosion and species loss. Shame on you Barclays and your investors. Remember they did a lot to support the apartheid system in South Africa.

This is not a review of local Barclays staff but of the bosses who continue to fund fossil fuel industries adding to the climate crisis and ecocide - this is already causing 150,000 deaths each year and destroying the planet - our only home - how is this responsibile investment ? Please, if you are Barclays customer consider taking your business elsewhere - check out sharklays for more info - there are more ethical banks out there ....

It's a shame Barclays don't tell the truth about their investment in fossil fuels and illegal deforestation. Would their clients really hand over their money to have it 'managed' like this. Thanks Barclays for doing precious little to avert the climate catastrophe.
