Had one purchase go through with B&K and they were great - fast and easy to contact. Second time round, the sale - which was pretty straightforward - was painful. It was incredibly hard to contact anyone, there were constant delays, and on the day of sale I found out funds had gone through from the estate agent and not my solicitor at B&K. Almost a month later and I am still waiting on loose ends to be tied up!
