Visited a few times over the past few months, the staff are always super friendly, quick to serve and the fish was good. No Tartare sauce though!? Would go again.

I cannot fault this establishment. We visited on a Friday lunchtime when pupils from the local school were very much in evidence. That being the case, the staff were excellent and although the queue was long, they got through the orders quickly. The food was well cooked and still warm when we got home. It was also high quality. This has to be the second best chip shop in the York area after Osbaldwick.

Had chips and curry sauce chips tasted like they had been warmed up from the day before and not enough curry sauce
