Absolutely awful. No loungers around the pool. Signs everywhere saying 'relax, chill, unwind.' Couldn't do any of those when sitting on the brick wall at the side of the pool. Couldn't get in the jacuzzi with my daughter, who incidentally I live with, yet can get in immediately after some guy I don't even know!! Rude staff, young manager who didn't really know how to handle complaints and therefore just didn't! Not very friendly and the customer service was shockingly bad. Back massage was great but that's about it. Dreadful, will never go back. I can't even be bothered to think or write about it anymore, it's not worth my time but please be warned.

Me and my daughter went to the gym, I scanned my wristband twice as it did not work the first time my daughter wanted to come with me, the workers at reception let me know that she is not allowed and so i asked to add her to my pass and they said I had to pay extra money and so I understood and did not want one as my daughter does not go gym often and so we then left the building. I then received an email from the manager saying I have used my wristband twice and allowed another individual to come in with me to the gym which could mean I am band from the gym permanently however my daughter did not step foot over the boundary and stayed in reception as she was not allowed. the workers where watching us the whole time and then blatantly lied to the manager saying I took my daughter with me to the gym however she did not enter the gym I talked to the manager asking her to check The cameras for proof and she said she was not able to as there are no cameras in reception at the gym Evan though the workers at reception told us there are cameras. I also paid for masks

My treatment was fantastic, lovely lady, relaxing experience and my skin feels wonderful! Friendly, helpful receptionists. Good swimming pool and clean changing facilities. No issues with walking through the gym to get to the changing rooms/pool. No free onsite parking but very cheap parking all around so again, not an issue. Only let down was the café as they didn't have any decaf nor ingredients for one of the smoothies on the board. The wait for a smoothie would have been 15 minutes had we wanted one so I guess we just came on a day when they were short-staffed. Other than that, a well run spa/gym

Pool area not so welcoming - not overly happy one is able to see straight through to pool area from reception desk, requires more privacy really.
