Nice strong firm massage. He really listens to my needs. I need alot of pressure and he seems to know when it's enough not pushing to the point of pain rather to release once it's just the right amount. Also it's a nice quiet place he is a single practitioner. I must add he is very educated with sports massage, taping for injuries and dry needling. He gives the health fund rebate. I've become a regular
