People are far too quick to complain but very rarely share when they experience good service, so I wanted to share my good experience with this practice. I had an appointment at 2:45 unfortunately I remembered it as 3:45, I was on my there and received a call at 3:20 from Dr.Temi Ajimoko explaining I had missed it but he was happy to see me on his lunch break the following day, which I thought was very kind of him. Then 5 minutes later he called back and asked me to come in at 5:10 that day, that was absolutely brilliant for me as I live a long way from my dentist and was already halfway there. Both he and Harriet stayed behind to sort out my crown and made me smile again, thank you guys

Don't answer the phone so end up talking to a head office who cannot help. Cannot get emergency appointments. Have been given one in 3 months!!! Call up in pain and don't have any appointments! Ok for regular check ups (although 1 out of the 2 I have had they were running 30 minutes late first thing in the morning) bit terrible for emergencies! Very corporate and no personal service at all!

We are new to the practice and can’t praise them enough. I’m a frightened patient but the receptionist was so helpful on my first call. Roma is calm, kind & genuine, she has supported my fears but cared for my daughter through a large procedure. My daughter trusts her and that’s enough for us as a family to all register. Thank you for all the support we have received
