Horrible experience with both a member of the reception team and Dr Khaliq. The long-term receptionist with the 80s haircut was always condescending towards me and Dr Khaliq was impatient and snappy. Glad to say neither I, nor members of my family no longer go here.

I had a terrible pain in my mouth and with an emergency appointment I was able to see Dr Khaliq on the same day. She was very caring and took out the offending tooth, thanks so much.

Very dissatisfied . The dentists at this practice lack on necessary knowledge and experience. Longer visits at this practice unfortunelty often end in extraction with not further support . The private team however is more professional, as they have a complete different team for private customers . I understand not everyone is privilege to have the luxury of a little costly dental care . The receptionist here is very blunt and unpleasant to speak to this may put some patients off. Overly I would recommend reading reviews thoroughly as your smile is very important and choose another practice where you will have the advantage of an experienced , professional and pleasant dental care. Unpleasant customer service . I have witnessed treatment being refused to a little child crying in agony because of no NHS funding . The dentist practice Is known for making up treatments for which they will take money from the funding. We all read about this in papers but when it's happening on our door step no one acts . The practice is full of people like my self going private so what happens to all the thousands of pounds given every year? Hopefully Fraud department can take care of this

The only solution to everything here's extract, extract, extract.... rather than treat. They chipped my tooth ,too. Did not have such a problem with my new dentist. Receptionist unpleasant ,too but I believe she had left as last time I saw her was working at M&S checkouts. Perhaps they are able to deliver for £££ but surely not on NHS which is not free, either. A few years have gone by and I am still livid about this dentist. He was just awful. Have they improved since then? Obviously I won't be coming back to find out.

After having a 'not so good' short term dentist who was never on time, the lovely Best has arrived. His seat side manner is lovely, he's very informative and removed my wisdom tooth. Granted it was a bit traumatic, which tooth removal isn't? But he did it and mopped my brow afterwards and my tears.

The reception staff are lovely, as someone who is nervous attending the dentist, this is really important. Hina has been my dentist for several years now and whilst I will never be happy to attend the dentist, she makes it manageable.
