I always have a tough time recovering from the stress out on the body whilst training I suffer with Doms on a weekly basis, recovery methods varied… needling , massage, cupping, as well basic recovery methods flossing , stretch and foam rolling though nothing has provided me with the relief of freeze therapy “cyro” This was a new experience for me though my body experienced instant relief. Yes it’s cold , though totally worth it. Highly recommend.
