Rude in reception. Didn’t book car in and argued the booking. Service manager argumentative and generally very poor customer service. Not what I expect from Audi, especially as I have an RS3! Update - received a call from Audi York as promised. Delivered a great service overseen by the Head of Business. Always worth giving feedback as this enables constructive feedback to be acted on. If you're looking to buy an Audi, speak to Tom from the sales team and you wont go far wrong. Tom, and one of the managers called James, make an excellent team. They are both approachable, realistic, easy to deal with and not arrogant. They both want customers to get what they are wanting, have a positive experience and go above and beyond. Tom is a happy guy who is always smiling, and its genuine, and James easily smiles. Both are very easy to get along with and have a laugh with which makes the process better. Both Tom and James are down to earth and not your typical car salesmen at all. Highly recommend them both. Only 4 star as awaiting delivery, and cant give James the full 5! Haha

Considering all the numerous restrictions that are in place currently, the whole process in purchasing a car was surprisingly easy. I felt confident dealing with an established Audi dealer and that I was provided with courteous and helpful advice at all times. I am all to aware of the pressures of dealing with various queries during restricted working hours in extremely difficult circumstances but it all worked out very well from my side. The delivery of the car was exemplary and I look forward to trying to learn the various new controls in the coming months. Many thanks to all involved.

Had my car booked in for warranty work for wheel bearings, waited long enough and on the day Audi York had the wrong time booked in when I clearly agreed with their booking team for 12 - 12.30 they had me down for 8, spoke to them to then be told they can't do it so I drove from Bradford all the way to York for no reason, then spoke to a manager who didn't even know Audi a7 can be a front wheel driven car too, he then said I can drop the car off at 12 and collect at 5.30 I agreed to check with my manager as I moved my shift forward already and if I can't do it due to work being busy he agreed to compensate me for a my fuel cost as I'd have to come again, called back spoke to their booking team and made them aware need it re booking as I can't get time off work to collect, firstly they give me a date nearly a month later even though I feel the wheel bearings need changing ASAP for safety reasons so it should be urgent and they seem to think it's save to drive? Secondly I asked for the manager to call me back to discuss paying for my fuel costs and have the decency to pay me a gesture of goodwill for the constant delays and failures but no he hasn't called me which shows they don't care hence why I sadly have to leave this review, all the manager had to do was call me and atleast have the decency to reimburse my fuel costs due to their failures.

Everybody here is super helpful and efficient, can’t praise them enough! Hannah is incredibly polite and accommodating, wonderful member of staff! Aiden is fantastic too, thank you to both for looking after me!
