Rude in reception. Didn’t book car in and argued the booking. Service manager argumentative and generally very poor customer service. Not what I expect from Audi, especially as I have an RS3! Update - received a call from Audi York as promised. Delivered a great service overseen by the Head of Business. Always worth giving feedback as this enables constructive feedback to be acted on. Thanks for your care and attention.

If you're looking to buy an Audi, speak to Tom from the sales team and you wont go far wrong. Tom, and one of the managers called James, make an excellent team. They are both approachable, realistic, easy to deal with and not arrogant. They both want customers to get what they are wanting, have a positive experience and go above and beyond. Tom is a happy guy who is always smiling, and its genuine, and James easily smiles. Both are very easy to get along with and have a laugh with which makes the process better. Both Tom and James are down to earth and not your typical car salesmen at all. Highly recommend them both. Only 4 star as awaiting delivery, and cant give James the full 5! Haha
