Dreadful service and completely ripped off. Paid to have a pool cover cleaned which after the job was done literally looked no different at all. Chased for months to get a resolution, eventually having the misfortune to deal with the boss Stephen, who couldn't have been more rude and unprofessional if he tried. Eventually I was sent back a cheque for less than half the amount I had paid... and the cheque bounced. I have still had no money back for this shocking job. Avoid at all costs!!!

My partner and I are both delighted with the construction, quality and looks of our Sauna. Having been a bespoke construction, the Sauna fits seamlessly into our house, and will enable us to enjoy, on a daily basis, all the health benefits it has to offer.
