Took my daughters phone to a genius bar appointment today wasn't sure what to expect greeted at the front door appointment confirmed and sat down. Couple of minutes later I was greeted by someone who checked the phone an iPhone max xs with a broken back glass I had insurance what a relief. Thinking I was going to go away and come back for a repair I was plesently surprised to just have the phone swapped for a new one I had to pay the upfront cost which I was aware of the insurance company is repaying that money. What impressed me was as long as you have appropriate cover then you have no need to worry about apple repairing your phone totally impressed what a great service.

I got Ben He was amazing sorted me right out Had two phones that were broken in a collision and the guy couldn’t have been more helpful, he was kind he was polite and he was professional about the whole matter. At the end of the day the bill I got was huge but it’s apple what can you expect But I must argue the point of the other reviews here, The team in general are so easy to approach and wonderful to deal with. The venue is clean and stylish The customer service is right at the top of its game. I generally can’t fault them so well done to everyone who’s working. I can see all of them working hard and providing a great service from the hosts to the geniuses to higher up the ranks as well. Thank you for looking after me, so far so good! And let’s wait to see what they say when I get my products back I’m gonna guess it’ll be another 5* review,

First member of staff I spoke to was a joker, on my return to get our iPhone fixed, which would not power up, after a brief diagnostic test the phone was unfixable and it would need replacing. Problem was it wasn’t recently backed up before it died(phone was 4months old so new), we had photos of our young children that were irreplaceable at risk. The fix from Apple sweet fa, can’t be done and there is no support. The size of Apple and they have no way of rescuing people’s photos is a disgrace. Certainly made me question why I’ve been so loyal to Apple all these years, damage done for us and their reputation.

I had an appointment at the Liverpool 1 store today. All I can say is amazing every single member of staff was so polite and helpful. The guy who delt with me was very knowledgeable and sorted my ipad problems in minutes. Very very pleased. Thank you so much.
