The ladies working here are absolutely lovely. It was amazing customer service and they are lovely to talk to, but… the services in terms of nails are very limited. The nails I have had done have not even lasted a week. For what they offer the prices are extortionate. I will not be going back for any treatment nail or otherwise. More training needs to be done as even my partner, friends and colleagues have said I do my own nails 100% better that what has been done.

Mapreet did an absolute amazing job on my pedicure. I did a chemical peel at home and my feet were left in an awful condition. After my pedicure here my feet felt awesome. Thank you for being so professional and extremely helpful.

Review

I went there to do a waxing and Although the lady was really kind, she didn't understand what I asked/wanted. So the waxing was definitely not what I was expecting. I also had never seen the kind of wax used, a white one, but that's ok. She took my temperature and asked me to clean my hands, what was great, but She was using the mask, but her nose wasnt covered.

My daughter went here, her nails were £41 and honestly awful. Bumpy not smooth and lifting despite only being done a few days ago. the colour is spilling over onto her skin and won't even last a week. She said whilst she was there people were walking out as eyelashes and nails were both awful. Such a shame as she had saved up for a long time for them.

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded there for 3 months now but the other day I decided to do Shellac as well since on the pricelist it said it was only 22 pounds. When I went to pay, the lady charged me an extra 6 pounds, 5 for my cuticles (which she didn't tell me would be an extra cost nor is present on the price list) and 1 for the nail file (this is because of Covid and totally understandable however she should have told me this before she did the manicure, not after). I ended up paying significantly more without knowing in advance and hence felt quite cheated. Moreover, while the eyebrow threading is quite good, the nails were a REALLY badly and sloppily done. I won't be going there again for my nails or my eyebrows, as I don't appreciate getting scammed and thought this behaviour was quite unprofessional.
