We were recommended this firm for our first move in December 2019. Rob and Dave were absolutely amazing. Lovely personalities, nothing too much trouble, punctual and very strong. Such an efficient and stress free move because of them. David the boss was also very accommodating and helpful. We then moved again in January 2020 and were delivered the same fantastic service. Excellent service from start to finish and excellent value for money. Prior to the move, David came round and assessed what needed moving and went through the process of what would happen on the day. He provided a very competitive quote, without all the complexities you find with other removal company quotes! On the day, Ben and Dave came and loaded the van. They were very careful with everything, professional and friendly. When it came to unloading, again they were excellent, dismantling items to be able to get them upstairs and then reassembling them. We moved 23/08/19 and ended up with much more to move once packed than was anticipate/quoted for. Absolutely brilliant! The whole team was extremely helpful and cheerful. It makes such a difference not having movers complaining all the time. They were efficient, careful and kept a good mood throughout the whole move! I had 2 prior experiences last year with different companies, and I can say that's what makes a whole difference: being positive and supportive in times that tend to be quite stressful. Knowing that they were doing a great job, helped massively to relief that. Well done guys, I will definitely recommend your service.

Highly competitive pricing, prompt and professional communication leading up to the event, and absolutely brilliant customer focused attitude from the team who actually move you! Make moving 3 piece sofa's looks easy. I wish all businesses conducted themselves this way!

AMS Removals were superb in every way - I will definitely be calling them again if I need similar services. Communication from the start was excellent, where the removal was arranged quickly and easily and specific to my needs. The two lads that handled our flat removal were professional and friendly, and just got on with it efficiently and not a complaint to be heard (despite our ridiculously heavy boxes)! In the past we've handled removals ourselves, but AMS Removals were fantastic value so next time I'm not sure I will be be able to resist having a stress-free cup of tea while they do all the hard work!
