At my age I find recovery from sports injury harder and longer to recover... I have used Amanda’s services for a few years now and have turned from sceptic to firm believer in her skills... she is both professional and caring to my specific needs.. my recovery times now are far less and I can’t say thank you enough... I have also been introduced to reflexology through Amanda and now swear by my findings... it’s not enough but all I can say is THANK YOU Amanda for a job well done.

I cannot recommend Amanda enough, helped me so much. Sorted my initial injury but gave me so much knowledge and understanding to help overall. I completed my first half marathon this year and can 100% say that I could not have done so without my therapy from Amanda. Do not hesitate.

I have been going to Amanda for almost nine months. Initally with back and shoulder pain and now elbow ligament damage. My back is no longer in pain and my elbow has greatly improved my shoulders are connected to my ligament damage, and these are coming along. Amanda can find the smallest most obscure thing wrong and make it better. I feel a thousand times better after my sports massage and I would highly recommend her to all ages. She’s also is very competitive in her pricing. I have been to a lot of private physiotherapist and now I just don’t bother as Amanda has helped me more than all the physio I used to pay for. Worth her weight in gold, would not go anywhere else.
