Ok the Good: the massage was ok, I mean it's a massage in a mall so it's never going to be great, right! The Bad: a) the attention to cleanliness and hygiene during this covid pandemic was, woeful! Sheets, towels and face gauze does not get replaced per client. b) it's a shopping mall so it's Really Really noisy c) if the phone rings or a new person makes a general enquiry or booking your 'therapist' will stop, walk out o you and deal with the enquiry, for as Long as it Takes - I had 3 interruptions. And NO the session was Not extended As I said massage was good, but due to above mentioned issues - it gets only 2 stars
