The guys have just left after replacing 11 windows and both the front and back doors. The workmanship is excellent and everyone that has visited us has been polite, courteous and friendly. There was no pressure at all from the salesperson and the only slight issue we had, which was a window opening catching slightly, was immediately remedied. I have dealt with Abbey Windows on a number of occasions, and have always received very good service. Recently just had a new conservatory fitted by the company and we are delighted. Abbey Windows sales executive attended our address very promptly, was polite, professional and detailed exactly what we wanted to our specifications. We were kept up to speed all the way through our planning stage and nothing was too much trouble. The fitting was scheduled over 5 days to complete everything and the men that built our conservatory were polite, tidy and professional. Our conservatory was completed right on time and looks stunning. We were delighted with the service we received, and consider our conservatory to be superb. Excellent company, customer focussed, quality built conservatory and with a full 10 year warranty.

I can’t praise this company highly enough. From the very start they were excellent. Easy to make appointments with and communicate with throughout. Very competitive price. Fitters was just great, courteous, punctual and incredibly hard working. They were tidy and respectful of our house. The windows are excellent quality and we opted for noise reduction glass and it’s fantastic. Many people passing the house have commented on what a great job they have done. Excellent all round.

I have used Abbey windows for 30 years to install new windows and doors for my portfolio of student lets. The quality of product is excellent, agreed installation times are always met, fitters are always professional and spotless whilst the after sales service is exceptional.
