Ruined my jacket
Completely ruined a £1500 Stella McCartney silk jacket, and when I went to complain he simply said “it’s old”. It was in perfect condition when I dropped it off. No apology, no refund - he showed me the machine he used, and then got angry. I am gutted - they won’t even take responsibility. Avoid at all costs.
