avoid at all costs, you cant trust these guys
Bought a very expensive door in 2014, with the 10yr warranty they offer. Since 2017, when the company was sold to a new buyer, they now refuse to to honour any previous warranty, so now you will have to put any issues right yourself. For a door that costs £3.5K+, that is just wrong. I would strongly advise avoiding these guys as they could easily sell again and you would be lift in the same position.
