These windows were fitted at my pensioner parents house by Manchester Window Factory (WMF)last August (2020), from the start there was issues: The windows weren't square, there's no bay poles in between the frames, the windows leaked, the lead flashing has only been cut in to the wall half an inch (not even full depth of the render), the lead used on the roof is code 4 (1.85mm thick) not code 5 (2.2mm thick) and the upstand on the lead is 25 mm (Stockport council building control say its should be code 5 lead and have a 75mm upstand minimum), there were 4 leaks from 2 different points, one was sealed with sealant as a temporary measure and has never properly repaired, all the cover strips are loose, there is no CE marks on the windows or frames (deemed to meet EU safety, health and environmental protection requirements for products marketed in the EU- Pre Brexit). They've not followed their own complaints procedures. Stay away from this awful company.
