We returned home this afternoon after spending several hours in Bailey's Bedstore in Salisbury. We were welcomed by Simon the owner and his son, Sean. Throughout the entire time , Simon was kind ,,considerate,patient and knowledgable. The Baileys showroom is superb with many beds from various manufacturers on display. Simon has been in this industry and knows his beds ! He carefully went though all the options availabe . He then pointed us in the right direction and let us alone unless we went back to ask a question or two. In the end, we opted for a beautiful Harrison Spinks Diamond mattress and a new bed frame. The order will take between 4 to 6 weeks. Baileys will attend our home to make sure the mattress can be carried up our small cottage stairs. They will deliver the bed and mattress and put together the new frame. Our old bed and headboard will be taken away free of charge. This really is " old fashioned " service ! The entire process was an absolute delight and we couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommended.
