Rude telephone manner
Rang on behalf of my friend who is a bit nervous ,so I said I would help . I phoned up with a pleasant manner , asked if my friend could make an appointment. Woman snapped and said that he could just turn up, She then asked in a very rude manner why he couldn't phone up himself. Just incredibly rude, no telephone manner ..... I only phoned n his behalf because he's new to this
