AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE My boyfriend and I visited over a month ago and they did ‘not have time’ to give him his treatment that we paid for in advance. Refused to give us a partial refund or compensation on the day and instead, referred us to customer services. On the day, the member of staff who messed up my boyfriend’s treatment was moaned to us by other members of staff making us believe this is a regular occurrence. We have contacted customer services and the spa itself on multiple occasions to be ignored. We are now having to go through trading standards as all of our negative reviews and comments on social media are deleted by the Clifford’s team!
