I am so fed up with the dreadful attitude of the post office staff, they have such a bad attitude, disrespectful, and seem to enjoy humiliating people ! This time after they kept me waiting , I was met with a sour faced middle aged woman, ( dont usually use them anymore but needed a couple of items in main shop ) I asked for a letter to be sent registered post and was told very strongly that it no longer existed and ended 10 years ago , she said I needed to be more specific , did I mean tracked or signed for .... because I have had other bad experiences of their rudeness and humiliating tones , I went to make a complaint , so sick of the attitude .. I was told managers were on hand over and could I wait ! I went to my local post office and sent letter by registered , will never use Waitrose Post Office again , in fact I hope they close, by the way I am still cross ! I work in an industry that has to give a high customer service where the attitude of these peoe would not be tolerated and they would lose their job
