Amazing experience here at Park Royal BMW, the staff were very helpful and comforting particularly Ken Vitte. Ken was a genuinely nice person, not a robot that stuck to a script . I found Ken very polite, welcoming and knowledgeable., and kept me updated throught out my car MOT. I don't usauuly deal with main dealers, but this was an exceptional experiece. Thanks again Ken.
