I want to raise complain on greenmotion service. Yesterday we arrived to Edinburgh at night. I was with my wife and two small daughters. We reserved car WV Golf or similar in GreenMotion. When we signed all documents manager showed us the car and it appeared to be Toyota Yaris. When I told him that it is not the class we ordered and that there were not enough space for our bags, manager started to convince me that it is actually the same class. I refused to take this car and since they didn’t manage to find alternatives I asked to refund. When we asked what are alternative car rental services, manager told me indifferently that almost everyone is closed. We were left on the street without car at night with 2 kids. I asked can we try to fit this Toyota Yaris, manager told me that he has already cancelled booking and new price will be 3 times higher. That killed us and we left in frustration.
