No stars at all for this beauty salon from me I'm afraid. Horrendous customer service. Rude staff. An incredibly arrogant team that do not communicate well with their customers. I made a mistake when booking due to the fact the salon used to be in henley. the new salon in henley has the same name and its very confusing when booking online. Despite the unfortunate confusion, cannelle in oxford stole money out of my account despite me explaining to them the mistake with the two websites. On my 40th Birthday as well! Despite 5 calls to the salon and requesting the manage France contacted me, and an incredibly arrogant email from the communications person Emily, I am still waiting for the call back 2 weeks on! Would NOT recommend.
