Like a Victorian asylum
This place has a history of neglect. Of treating anyone who questions the care on offer with contempt. Lazy staff, over medicating patients who come out with more problems such as withdrawal from drugs they didn't need. Use meds as first option instead of trying other ways to calm situations. Not following Mental health laws. Human rights laws. Rights to privacy and dignity. Not enough health checks after prescribing dangerous meds. Obviously CQC not fit for purpose.
