Appalling, corrupt service
Housing officer is totally corrupt. Refuse to take phone calls or return them, is friends with next door neighbour who is breaking the law by erecting permanent structures without planning permission and refuses to act appropriately, other staff lie to cover their backs about threats to have them all sacked that were categorically not made. Local councillor left 27 messages for them to make contact and they have refused. Some serious retraining is needed
