Had a horrible encounter with one of this place's boys- Ben Williams- so very nasty and aggressive, made all kinds of cutting personal remarks about me that were irrelevant to the case, just what happens when a bully finds himself with easy pickings I guess. Now I'm no barista or law-ologist, but he said the argument I made was one of the weakest he had ever seen in his career (and he's far from a young man), yet he managed to lose to me, an unrepresented disabled 26 year old. It follows that, either he was lying when he said that, or he's just not very good at his job. Giving 1 star, would give 0 but I quite enjoyed running rings around him during what he presumably thought was tough questioning.
