Amazing, just finished a session with Virginia and I am completely satisfied. Lovely lady but also so competent and thorough. Completely went through medical history and discovered nuances with my back that I thought I had but my other Osteo could not pick up. Relaxes you with a gentle massage before moving further. Walked away feeling lighter, less stiff, easier breathing. Plus the always helpful take home gentle exercises to get your body back in order.
