We pride ourselves in creating a fun, positive, friendly and welcoming environment for everyone at our studio. We truly believe that Pole Fitness is for everybody regardless of age, shape, size, ability or experience and we are super passionate about helping individuals feel uplifted and confident within themselves. Our timetable offers weekly Pole Fitness Classes for all levels, Pole Choreography Class, Flexibility Class, and a Pole Practice Session however we also provide Private Tutorials, offer Hen Do’s, Birthday Parties and a variety of annual workshops and events.
