Eve is Adam’s first stand-alone bar, situated underneath our flagship restaurant, Frog by Adam Handling. Be transported away from the hustle and bustle of Covent Garden into our dark and seductive den, with luxe interiors and carefully curated artwork from some of London’s hottest up and coming artists. On the menu is a selection of trendsetting and innovative signature cocktails.Using our state-of-the-art drinks lab, the bar works with the restaurant upstairs to be 100% zero-waste, as we distil and convert surplus ingredients – we’ve used everything, from black garlic to spent coffee – into unique, signature liqueurs that can only be found at Eve.
