Amazing as always!! Laura is just the BEST!! Laura is the best at what she does, leaves you feeling so relaxed and floating out like a brand new person ready to take on the world! I love reflexology with Laura it's such a beautiful treatment, and by far the most relaxing, I fell asleep during it. It was very much needed, I feel like a new woman, feet and body feel so light and relaxed. I'll have the best night's sleep tonight. Laura is so welcoming and lovely when you arrive for the treatment, every question is never to much for her to answer. Her advice and expertise is phenomenal and alway taken on board! Can't wait to come back for another session!Thank you so much Laura! 😊💖

Today I had a sports massage with John to help me with an ongoing shoulder problem. From start to finish the experience was top notch, John really took the time to listen to me and tailor the massage to suit. He also provided aftercare and stretches to do whilst exercising which is really helpful. Can’t wait for my next session.

I had deep tissue massage with Geraldine and it was absolutely amazing. Just the right pressure and my (many) knots didn't stand a chance. My back feels 10 years younger. Highly recommended.
