Hidden Secret Hair and Beauty oxford

Disgusting and disappointing service. I decided to treat myself for my birthday with a new hair colour and didn't get the desired result. I paid over 100 pounds for a balyage that didn't come out right (even showed a picture of what I wanted) and the hairdresser, Jo knew I wasn't happy with it as it didnt look any different to my hair before. She tried to convince me that it was visable. I went back hoping they would fix it, but they wanted me pay full price to correct it. The owner or manager Hannah, was very unhelpful and has no sense of customer service she was not sympathetic at all and simply said "sorry you feel that way". If I had gone to a reputable business they would have done it again as a good will gesture or offer something in return for poor service and made sure I was happy to retain my custom. They weren't interested. So much for calling themselves L'Oreal colour experts when they put the same colour as my natural hair back in and charged me for it. Will not be going back to these rogue traders again!

I have been relaying on Jo for many years for colouring my hair. She is brilliant and always gives excellent service and consultative ideas. Thank you Jo. x

What a great experience - from walking through the door, being greeted by a lovely young lady, seated, offered a drink and magazine - right through to a great shampoo, cut and blowdry by Jo, lovely new lady to the salon. I have found my new salon to use when in Kidlington :-) I highly recommend the salon - such a lovely, relaxing atmosphere and fantastic staff who make clients feel valued :-)

Really lives up to the name! Made the decision to restyle my hair so wanted an appointment asap. Offered several choices & booked in quickly & efficiently. Laura spent time discussing what would suit my hair type and lifestyle and did an amazing job! So happy with the result and ecstatic to have found such a warm, friendly, professional stylist at an affordable price. Rebooked for a few weeks time & looking forward to a long and happy relationship! Great job!
