Dear Mrs Newbie, I met you last year January when I had just moved to Birmingham. You was so lovely to me and always gave me a good discount on my hair because I shave off half of my head. You always made me laugh the way you would be straight and direct with people and you never took any nonsense. I remember the last time I saw you before you became ill you demanded me to give you a hug and I gave you the biggest embrace. Rude and aggressive!!. I was worried for my safety !!!! I have been getting my hair treated for 25 years and so I know what good treatment looks like. This was my first experience trying this establishment and will definitely be my last. The owner became overly aggressive after I asked a question about how my hair was being treated. Similar experience to what other reviewers have said. I told her to calm down and she came at me right up to my face shouting asking if I have an education. Started accusing me of being a scammer. Do not come here!!! You have been warned!!!

Very horrible experience. I’ve never been so disrespected in my life. The owner is rude, aggressive and has no self respect or respect for her customers. As a first timer I was disappointed. Went to get a hair treatment. Firstly the hairdresser did not even wash my hair properly. Then he applied the “treatment” (which was basically cheap conditioner). I was so disappointed with the results and after trying to explain to the owner she got in my face and was being aggressive and disrespectful. I basically got a wash and blow dry not a treatment. My hair looked exactly the same. Pls don’t go to this salon. You’ll be angry and dissatisfied. 10/10 would not recommend

These ladies are top dollar! Visited Birmingham for the weekend. Typical rain ruined my hair. Popped into theselovelies today and they had it washed, dried, sleek, shiny and straight within an hour. Very pleasant laid back shop. Will be back again next time I visit! Thank you both. X x
