2/ 5

The “same day appointments” system is horrendous. There is no call queue in place, so one has to just keep calling back because “that number is busy”. There is no way they will hold one’s number close in case there is a cancellation - one has to call throughout the day (randomly), to see if there is one. It’s perfectly understandable that phone lines would be busy, and the day would be fully booked within half an hour. It’s not understandable to not have a better call managing system in place. The current one is disgusting. Otherwise it’s an alright practice.

I went to se the doctor early February with a rather sore arm after describing were and how sore it was the doctor merely turned his head and said I'll refer you to physiotherapy so after a few more weeks of trying to do the stretches provided to me I return to the doctor my arm even more sore by this point this time a lady doctor sent me for an xray some 3 weeks later I return to the doctor and find I had broken my arm now I'm I've been finally referred to surgery now I'm no doctor however I still believe this is all a result of negligence from the first doctor
