The staff were helpful and directed me to a dry cleaning partner they worked close to my office (5/5), but didn't deliver my two piece suit back on the day on the ticket which is when I needed it. Barkers isn't a long walk from my workplace so I was able to collect myself, but this needs improvement (2/5). Suit came back clean and nicely pressed so happy with the overall result and they were able to turn it around quickly which is a plus (dropped off on Friday AM and picked it up Monday PM)

Lousy service, wrecked my wife's shawl and didn't seem to care! … use this shop with caution, if you have anything complicated to clean DON'T TAKE IT HERE they will take your money and most likely wreck it. When we complained about the fact that they had melted the beading into the fabric of our garment their simple response was that all items are given "at the customer's risk". No refund, no apology, no way for us to fix the damage! We now use Smarty's on Julian road they seem much better.

Very friendly staff , excellent service used them recently to get my husbands suits & shirts ready to go back to work and was able to collect them all a couple of days later . Definitely will be returning & highly recommend.

Put a very expensive dress in to be dry cleaned just before lockdown finally collected it about a week ago and it’s ruined. God knows how they managed to shrink the length of it but the material is completely ruined. Absolute rubbish company and they should be shut down if they are going to continue ruining people’s expensive clothes.

The worst service I have ever encountered. I bought in to clean a 240 pounds jumper. I assumed that I would be better off having it cleaned by professionals just in case. They lost a button and ruined the material of the jumper . Instead of admitting the very visible and obvious issue, they refused to admit the situation and refused that I even to let me call the owner myself. They also refused that I fill in a complaints form. I am very upset with this situation and would highly recommend to avoid this place. Mistakes happen but they really made thing worse with their attitude: They are double trouble: Very unprofessional place and rude. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.
