The lovely team at the Pinn Studio went out of their way to adjust my engagement ring (bought in Italy but too big), at minimal notice and enabling me to have it back on the same day; they even opened early for me to drop it off. They were also extremely helpful and professional in advising about insurance and valuations. This was during what I imagine to be a busy period post the New Years' holiday...really fabulous service, thank you.

Matt is a very talented and imaginative jeweller and without doubt his craftsmanship is of the highest quality. The latest piece he created for us was beautifully made and in its simplicity of form, allowed the central object of the necklace to speak for itself. Both he and Maria are absolutely charming. Their enthusiasm for and knowledge of their craft is evident and they are both so helpful - they guide one rather than impose their own ideas. I have no hesitation in recommending the Pinn Studio,, and will be back before long.

Matt has redesigned some earrings and serviced a ring, so that I can now wear them with confidence.
