I have bought from this dealership before. I returned on this occasion and dealt with Craig who was a gent throughout. I choose a car that didn't quite suit due to unforeseen reasons and the matter was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I buy a lot of cars and noticed that this dealership have maintained the nice touches that make the experience special such us unveiling the car and some flowers etc. I recall other dealerships used to do this but not many do so now. Thanks to the dealership and particular thanks to Craig Mackenzie there.

Couldn't be happier with the service of my C43 from MB of Edinburgh today. I live in Glasgow and after several poor experiences with Stratstone Glasgow/Giffnock, I decided to service my car here instead. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and the work was completed very quickly and communication was excellent throughout. They even dropped me off/picked me up from work which made the whole process completely stress free. Thanks!

I had an abysmal experience at the Glasgow dealership… This Edinburgh dealership however was an absolutely breath of fresh air. I purchased a car for my wife and Craig’s customer service was faultless - great communication and willingness to negotiate to get the right deal for both of us. Signed the paperwork and collected the car; the whole process took 3 days from start to finish – outstanding. Upon collection of the car we were made to feel like valued customers – very happy with the experience. Needless to say I will most certainly be back for any future purchases.

Had my car booked in yesterday at 12:30 for a 30 minute diagnostic check during my lunch break. After an hour I asked my 'allocated service rep' why it was taking so long and was told she would check. After almost 2 hours I asked again as by now I had missed lunch and needed to get back to work only to be told by the rep that she would deal with it AFTER she had dealt with another customer who had just turned up in the waiting area. Almost 3 hours after I arrived they presented me with a bill and a 3 page report. I asked if they would bring the car round and run the diagnostic check again in front of me which they did. It took around 2 minutes to run and gave the same diagnostic information I had waited 3 hours for. Left at 15:36 after paying with no apology or explanation hence the review to make others aware of their customer service and attitude.

Excellent service, friendly staff. Would recommend.

Purchased a used car from them online which I have never done before. I hadn’t seen the car as I live 8 hours away but it was in excellent condition and as described. I dealt with Sean Huggett and it was a very smooth and professional experience from start to finish. His communication was regular with clear and relevant information. He arranged for the car to be serviced which was an unexpected bonus and he picked me up from the airport in a lovely G wagon. The signing process was quick and easy and he had the car prepped and ready to go. A lovely experience.

This dealership is the pinnacle of customer service. Always made to feel valued as a customer and as such I would not hesitate to recommend Newbridge to anyone. Unfortunately, issues can always arise with a vehicle but what sets MB Newbridge apart is the manner in which they handle it.
