I've been with Castle for a wee while now, and I can't recommend Peter highly enough. I thought that I didn't really have time for exercise, and I had no clue about food, so I was overweight! With Peter's help, I am not regularly exercising and pushing myself frequently, and my diet has improved dramatically... So highly recommended, I feel like a new woman! :D
