Just been to get a car wash and it didn't work. I was talked to like an absolute piece of s**t. Disgusting service, made me wait until he served everyone before me. All I wanted was to try a different token. Didn't even talk to me just shovelled the cash back in my hand when I asked for a refund. Fuming, this guy doesn't even deserve a job with that attitude. Avoid.

Not a great petrol station and one I avoid frequently. Over priced fuel and the customer service is not very good. I was once charged for my fuel twice!

Why don't you do Nectar points at this petrol station? Customers should be advise about lack of this facility BEFORE buying petrol. Visited this petrol station on 24/10/2021 at around 1pm. Expected to get points on my Nectar card. Was told we don't do it here. After paying for petrol the cashier said sarcastically "You've lost some points today, mate". Told him I would never come back here... plenty of other BP petrol stations with better customer service. Train your staff better!

Terrible customer service. I asked for a parcel to be delivered there by collect+, but apparently there was no one there to accept the parcel. What a joke, and they call themselves 24 hours
