Shell leeds

Not actually 24 hours, closes at 12 and the guy was very aggressive about letting us know. Wouldn't even talk to us and tell us where the nearest open one was. Go to the BP up the road

Not 24hrs. It is 11pm and knowone here, I have tried ringing but no answer. Re below response from Shell- I have tried to email you but keeps bouncing back to me. Not sure what more detail you need - review was posted whilst at the garage which was closed at 11pm. I knocked on the door and night window several times and phoned the garage aswell. Phone was heard ringing for several minutes but knowone there. I waited at the garage for over 10mins and there were no staff to be seen or heard.

A standard Shell garage. Situated on a very busy, multi directional, light controlled junction, making access a bit complicated at certain times of day, due to traffic volume.

I think it's a tad more expensive than some other Shell garages, but the staff are always polite and friendly and they have a good selection of chocolate (including the delicious, sensual, white chocolate twicco), and a quite frankly, a baffling amount of protein bars. My car also thanks me for filling it's tummy with nice yummy super unleaded.

Absolutely shocking, the manager is so rude, I have never been shocked EVER by the experience I got in this shell station, they charged me extra for some confectionery and so I went back in straight away and the colleague understood and was happy to refund me the difference however the manager insisted that I was wrong and he wanted to give me my money back and snatched the chocolates out of my hand but I said like I just want a refund on the difference, he was rude and said don’t ‘waste my time I have work to do’. I’m a manager myself and I said to him let me explain the issue as I just wanted to sort the issue out, he blatantly ignored me and went off, I hope someone from shell see’s this and check the CCTV. This guy is poor for the business and I’m totally put off now. I want this raised, it ruined my whole night! I am never visiting a shell again until I hear some sort of resolution
